1. Matcha Tiramisu ????????

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz pancetta (or bacon), diced
  • ½ cup heavy cream (optional)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cook ramen noodles and set aside, reserving ¼ cup of cooking water.
  2. In a pan, cook pancetta until crispy.
  3. Whisk egg yolks, cheese, black pepper, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  4. Toss hot ramen noodles with pancetta, then add the egg mixture, stirring quickly to create a creamy sauce.
  5. Add reserved noodle water if needed. Serve immediately with extra cheese and black pepper.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
